How to Use

Before your first night, check that you can breathe comfortably through your nose.

1. Cleanse — Wash and dry the skin around your lips.
2. Apply — Place the tape over closed lips and press gently.
3. Rest — Relax and sleep as usual. Remove gently in the morning.
